Sentient is a private company registered in Ireland, with decades of experience in the contact centre sector we have been designing software solutions since 2005. Recognising early on the power of hosted services we deployed our first IVR service in 2006 for a large bank. Over a period of years our IVR and SMS platforms evolved to meet the needs of large and small customer service organisations.
Sentient has expanded the range of services available focusing on developing tools for automating customer interactions and communications and gathering satisfaction and quality metrics. All our services are delivered as hosted or cloud solutions guaranteeing security, reliability and capacity. We work with over 180 customers across a variety of sectors and countries.
